Xerox WorkCentre 7845

When looking for a solid office copier, often one looks at just the speeds and feeds and doesn’t realize some of the other technology that can go into the copier.  The Xerox WorkCentre 7845 is no exception.  The WC 7845 is a great copier, normally for offices that have 10+ employees.  If you are looking at this copier and do less than 5,000 copies a month, you would probably be better served with a Xerox WorkCentre 7225 instead.

We have several customers who rave about the paper handling capacity, this copier accepts some of the thickest paper on the market for a standard office copier.  It can do 140 pound paper on some brands and type, so if you need to do thick paper, the 78XX family may be for you!

We also love the LED technology.  This keeps the power requirements low and the warm up times fast.
